What happens to the doors during a power cut?

Backup batteries keep the system running for a period. Magnetic locks release when power is lost completely, and emergency buttons remain available for occupant safety.

Can the attendance system be used across several branches?

Yes. The terminals at each branch are connected over the network, so attendance records can be viewed from headquarters.

Is there a charge for the site visit?

Site visits and quotations within the Klang Valley are free of charge. For locations further afield, travel costs are advised in advance.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

After the site visit, the written proposal is usually ready within a few working days, depending on project size and supplier quotations.

Can the project be carried out in phases?

Yes. We prepare a pilot package or first phase to suit your current budget, with a plan for later additions.

What are the payment terms?

Payments are made in stages according to work progress, and the terms are clearly stated in the proposal before you agree.
