We repair all PCs & laptops available in the market including HP , Apple (Macs family) , Asus , Lenovo , Acer etc.
I tried fixing my laptop myself, can i still bring it in for diagnostic / repair?
Yes, no problem, please walk in to the store and bring your device, or mail it to us.
I'm a student. Can i get special price?

Data Recovery Questions
What are the type of harddisk (HDD) damage?
There is two types of HDD damages. Logical and physical damage. Logical damage is a damage to the HDD file system or file structure making the data inaccessible to the user. Physical damage is the damage to the physical parts of the harddisk itself and need to be replace with a working parts to access the data.
How much is the charge for data recovery?
The price depends on the types of damage, types of storage dan the capacity of the storage. A logical damage data recovery starts from RM360 and physical damage data recovery starts from RM1400.
Can you fix a hard disk ?
We don’t offer to fix a hard disk, we fix the hard disk to retrieve the important data. Once the data is retrieved, we consider the hard disk is not usable because the chances of being damaged again are high.
How long is the data recovery process?
We request to 2 weeks up to 3 months due to queue, careful and slow process of data recovery. Any urgent cases will be a surcharge of RM400 per day.
Can I send my hard disk by postage?
Sure. You can send your hard disk by post and please include important details along with the hard disk such as name, telephone number, and address. Send your harddisk to Fix & Go: IT Specialist, No 10B, Jalan Medan Pb 1, Seksyen 9, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.
After Data Recovery is done, how do I get the recovered data? Do I need to send a destination hard disk?
Yes, you can send a destination hard disk where we can store the recovered data or you could buy an external hard disk from us.
